Going to Cotswolds dogs and cats home clothes store every time am in town gives me joy as the windows always have a story to tell or let you know what time of the year it is .The smile in the shop by most staff Members especially Mo and Mandy makes you feel welcome and even if you are just browsing they will always have a polite ,caring conversation with you .If you love your treasures hunting that's the store for you as everything from texiles to cooking pots you will get all that.

The Dogs & Cats near Old Tesco seems more expensive compared with other Charities. The one in Ashcroft Street is fabulous. The window is always exceptionally decorated in such a creative way that it is a joy to see it and should be put in the local Cirencester Magazine as a point of interest to tourists. The town could benefit from that and the Charity as well. The Manager Mandy is very helpful. Would be good for The Charity Dogs and Cats as an Institution (not referring to any specific shop or location, as the managers only follow the rules applied to them, so not their fault), be more flexible with the returns and exchanges Policy.

Before you go to his shop look on Facebook or eBay And save yourself up to 50%off there prices I can?t say who they looking to helping people who are finding it hard to manage or the well off who can pay but don?t visit them. I know that they are trying to feed and look after the animals but a pound in the bank is better then free items given stuck on the floor and shelves for weeks / months

Cluttered shop so difficult to see anything. Beware - no refunds or exchange so make sure you try before you buy. Also card only - what's wrong with cash for small items? Unfortunately will not shop here again

On a recent trip to Cirencester my Mother visited the shop, she found Elizabeth the shop manager a very pleasant and friendly person. An ideal person as shop manager.

Didn't go hear but called the Cirencester branch about some dogs in distress, they told me to call a 0300 number, which I did, and that was an automated line. Could not get in touch with a human to help with the situation.

I really enjoy browsing through the bric-a-brac, books and clothing. A good way to spend time when the other half is working her way down the high street.
