I received a parking fine for parking during my stay even it's free parking. The counter staff didn't mention registering for parking and I was fined a huge amount of money.

Great weekend stay, and the room, staff, and services were great. Nothing was to much trouble from the minute we arrived.Food & drinks: The beefeater next door was so easy to book for our breakfast and evening meals.The manager was so helpful and a credit to the brand going the extra mile even when short staffed.

Location is ideal and surrounded by supermarkets and fast food outlets. The reception is manned 24hrs a day and the room was clean and pleasant.

Regrettably, despite our prompt cancellation on the day of booking, we did receive an email confirmation of cancellation. However, we have not observed any progress in the refund process, and it has now exceeded 35 days. We would like to kindly express that this extended delay in reimbursement is a matter of concern. We trust that a refund can be expedited within the next 14 days. If no resolution is achieved in this timeframe, we will have no choice but to seek assistance from our card provider. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Stayed for one night on our way to Cornwall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely and clean - very quiet, Beefeater was excellent - excellent food and choices for breakfast. Staff all really friendly and helpful - brilliant service throughout. A great base for visiting the Cotswolds, Westonbirt Arboretum etc, and only a 20 minute walk into Cirencester.The only thing not in its favour - was that the windows don't open, so no natural fresh air. Admittedly - it blocks out noise from the dual carriageway, but very stuffy at night. ( when the road is very quiet).The air conditioning was either full on icy blast or not on at all, and we had to keep adjusting the timer. Also - though the room itself was lovely, it was in the shade / diffused light all the time, because the net curtain was permanently fixed inside the two panels of the double glazing. So - no natural light or sunshine, which made it feel quite gloomy.It is a brilliant place to stay - but the issue with the windows would put me off another visit.

Generally ok, just what to expect from a PI. No TV remote in the room. The replacement we were given did not work. No TV ?.Breakfast in Beefeater was to the normal standard, that is not bad, not good but plenty to eat.

The hotel itself was fine, we appreciated the air con in the rooms however the beefeater restaurant was under severe pressure, I suspect with staffing levels. We were warned when entering at our reservation time, there was a 20 min delay before our our could be taken. The food was fine when it arrived but we could sense all the staff were under pressure!

Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Rooms were spacious, Clean, had massive luxuries double bed, also same as a single, plenty of plug sockets. Great Air con and they had the instructions for it which was easy to understand on how to use it. Beautiful area. Beefeater is part of the hotel if you want food and drinks. McDonald's, Tesco's and Aldi on your door step. Would highly recommend this hotel. Would like to thank the staff on the dates I had stayed as Can't remember there names. 5/09/23 to 07/09/23 for a great welcoming and dealings with our needs and being super friendly.
