Absolutely disgusting customer service, I went in looking for a single rabbit so I can bond with my rabbit at home as she?s lonely but they were trying to force me to buy 2 rabbits or none, pets at home policy is that they would rather you take rabbits in pairs but if you cannot take both for whatever reason ( mines was I had 1 rabbit at home and she needed a friend ) they cannot FORCE you to buy both but here they did! I left with no friend for my bunny just to find out later that day they could?ve sold me the one they just chose not to it?s disgusting

We mainly use the dog grooming facility upstairs.The employees both at the groomers and in the store are helpful and polite and when our shiatsu goes in scruffy needing a trim, she comes out looking like a Diva and looks very pretty.The store itself has pretty much everything you would need for a variety of pets and the pets at home loyalty VIP scheme is a good gesture from this company.

Some items difficult to get during and after COVID but since then have found everything I need. Some great offers and if you have their VIP membership you get extra offers throughout the year. The young lad that served me today was great.

We bring our dog here every so often for grooming and they always do a good job. They don't trim the nails down far enough considering they charge £10 for the service, but it's better than nothing. Highly recommend.

I took my 16 wk old puppy for a puppy groom.Which SHOULD take 2 hours, not 30 minutes!You need time & patience, puppies need to feel comfortable & safe!!When I went to collect hr she was sat on the floor in the corner looking very frightened & looking at the floor!!Which I didn't not like at all!!!Do not go to these guys!!!!I would never recommend these to any pet owner!!!

Hardly have anything on shelfs theses days andstruggle to get food for partner snake as well prices in there becoming ridiculous.Also points are not much use as they use to be hardly get any points any vouchers we get are for things we don't use or things we do have to spend a certain amount to get discount .
