Would be 5 stars but the opening times are not friendly to people working just one day with a late closing as in 17:30 and I could make it from work as not everything can be done online
Staff are worthy of 5 stars
The opening hours are shocking three days and no Saturday morning so please just have one day until 17:30 and move your opening time if need be
Monday Thursday Friday is 09:00 - 16:30
So move one of those days to 10:00 to 17:30 or Wednesday is 10:00 - 16:30 or move this to 11:00 - 17:30
Can you hear me Nationwide this is not a big ask and could be trialled for all branches.

Hello, I would like to log a complaint. I was in your branch yesterday in Cirencester. I paid £50 into my son's Junior ISA - reference nr: 0000/HANNI 00XX. The lady serving me and the previous customer was completely unprofessional. The aloof attitude, chatting with her colleague while serving the customers - this was a very unpleasant example of customer experience. Considering the visitors to the branch are mostly elder people with a different set of manners, the crude behaviour was especially grating. I think you should have a word with the team, as nobody should be treated this way. Best regards, Anna

Don't answer the phone!
Hung on for six and a half minutes and then they cut me off.
All I want to know is how to transfer to my ISA and am unable to find a way on the on-line banking. What am I supposed to do?

Brilliant service very helpful even though I only have one account with nationwide I asked for help about my Barclays account and yet they have very good knowledge and I might actually switch from Barclays to nationwide as they have never let me down where I will get interest on money where at Barclays they change your account and I stopped earning interest so I hope to create an account with nationwide.

Waste of time the bank being there. It's closed more than it's open and when it is open their hours make it impossible for full time workers to get there.

Just opened an account and need to provide ID at branch. I work 8-16:30 Mon-Fri so am never inside opening hours. Not a great start. I now have to book an afternoon off work. Or send ID via post which I've now got to go buy stamps for. Just one late opening day for your employed customers would be good. Even if it's just one day a month.

I had great customer service from a v friendly & helpful member of staff from Cirencester. However, very disappointed with the interest rate drop on children savings accounts, which now lag behind other banks and even the adult savings rates at Nationwide. I will probably be forced to move to an alternative provider.
