Would definitely recommend using Moore Allen & Innocent in Cirencester. My experience was positive. I felt heard and was given very good advice from Theresa and Matt. Jamie dealt mostly with my sale, he left the company before I completed which was a shame as he was very easy to work with. This team took the stress out of selling the property even though there were a couple of bumps along the way. Quick responses to emails and there was always someone there to pick up the phone.

Matt was extremely helpful with our purchase property being a probate property it took longer than anticipated. Mat was there every time we had a question to ask and help push the sale through he kept us up to date day and night a big thanks to Matt from the Trevetts

We have been very pleased with the service provided throughout our sale. Our agent Matt was very knowledgable and provided informative and useful advice on marketing our property. Being first time sellers we were a little apprehensive to start with, but Matt was very good at pointing us in the right direction and assisting us in making a decision about how best to proceed. The transaction proved to be fairly protracted as a result of our buyer, but Moore Allen & Innocent were very proactive in pushing the sales process along and dealing with any queries raised by our buyer. We would highly recommend!

We first enquired to see a property through MA&I in August with Jamie, and from first contact we had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Once our offer was accepted Matt Canon took over the sales progression and kept us up to date throughout. As first time buyers we were overjoyed with the timely updates and responses, even when issues inevitably arose.
I?d certainly go through this process with Matt again, and if the time comes for us to sell, Matt will be the first call!

Both Jamie Lucas-Rowe and Richard Dell stalled and ignored contact from me regarding rent of 37a Market Street over a 2 month period. If I was the landlord I wouldn't be at all happy.

I have just exchanged on the sale of my property with Moore Allen and Innocent and I have nothing but good things to say. I chose MA&I because both Jamie and Matt were friendly, professional and listened to what I had to say, the same can?t be said for the a couple of the other local estate agents I had round to value the property. Great communication and dealt with a stressed version of me very well! Would heartily recommend.

Have enjoyed every moment of working with MA& I. From meeting Jamie at our first viewing to finally having our offer accepted after working with Matt.
