I had been having a rubbish day so popped in for some sweet treats. A member of staff noticed I was upset and asked me if I was okay. I broke down. The lady was very comforting and understanding! I apologised but she reassured me that it was okay and everyone has off days. I left with my goodies and felt lighter as someone actually listened to me.
She really went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Thank you! I was made to feel very comfortable.

Absolutely diabolical disability access. Every isle has boxes reduced the width & making it impossible for wheelchair access. Manager informed who didn?t appear to be even slightly bothered.

Young girl there was very lovely , polite and helpful, which is the only positive thing I have to say! Cleanliness is nil and the place stinks of cigarettes. Won't be coming back.

There?s a good range of items here, but there was no music when we went in, and the cashier didn?t ask for ID for a scratchcard when my friend only turned eighteen a couple of days ago, and me last year. Bit worrying from a legal perspective, coming from a colleague at Tesco.

One of the staff is super rude and constantly swearing! Also, said don?t like it go to Tesco to a customer. Need to employ better staff for sure!!!
