Exceptional service from the branch manager. Went above and beyond to help me with a situation that caused me a great deal of stress. I was impressed with the branch staff friendly and genuine welcome, ready to serve customers. Glad to see the branch is staying open as face to face contact sometimes is a complete must. Thank you for restoring my faith in great customer service.

I had to go to cirencester, instead of swindon..... l went to a woman for a bit of tape, as my cheque had been ripped, so asked for help, she obv didnt want to help, so she asked her colleague, who was a complete snotty clown, blatantly not interested in helping. So i had to go across road, buy some tape, and stick it together, then put it through the machine....it went straight through. These ignorant lazy clowns should remember who pays their wages....never again

Staff are pretty blank in here. I wanted to switch account to them also to take advantage of the £150 switch over offer(Ends 17th July) . The lady I spoke to didn?t seem to understand that an appointment on the 26th of July wouldn?t be that helpful as the offer ends by then. Looking to waste some time? Pop in to Lloyds and stand in the queue for 30 minutes and wait to be seen

Why have a deposit machine that only takes cash? No envelopes etc to deposit a cheque. Some of us work all week and need to pay cheques in from time to time. Tried App to be told was over the limit for deposits. Hopeless!

Closing times could be later some evenings for people who finish at 5pm when it closes, maybe change a day from 9am till 5pm to 10am till 6pm or something like that, and yes theres Saturday but some people work then aswell, thanks

ABSOLUTELY USELESS STAFF.
Chip on my Lloyds bank card started causing problems, so I went to this branch to order a new card, this was on 15 December. I was served by one of the staff member at the desk, who told me that she ordered a new card there and then. Two and a half weeks after I still did not receive my card and, my chip had now stopped working completely and I dont bank with any other banks. Also keep in mind, this is Christmas period, the time where you use your card in the shops the most.
December, 27 I went to the bank again to check when I receive my card and this is just to find out that my old card was marked as "damaged", but the new one had not been ordered! So, it looks like I am going to be without the card over New year now. Well, another member of staff says to me, that he will order it for me and if lucky, I will receive the card just before the New year. You wish!
4th of January I am at the branch again and third member of staff looking at the computer screen assures me that my card will deffinetelly be with me tomorrow. For the first time I hear the apologies. BUT, it is January, 8th today and guess what? I still have not receive the bank card!
"Excellent" service, is not it? I think I will look somewhere else to bank.
