Crept in with a very soft tyre in our rental on a Sunday.Two staff working really busy with two customers waiting.
Explained I had to get the rental back that afternoon.
The lady did me a huge favour , dropped what task she was doing - checked the offending tyre, re- inflated it and had me back on the road inside 15 mins.
I didnt get her name...but if her boss reads this she needs a bonus

Sadly we got a flat tire during our Cotswolds trip but we had a very quick fix in this place. Within 1h approx we had the car back and we managed to see this beautiful small town in the meantime!

Strange that my previous comments are being deleted, but I?ll mention again that this place is a complete rubbish to do wheel alignment, unprofessional stuff that couldn?t explain why on the report the wheels were still the wrong angle, and why the car was tested with turned wheels in the first place etc?
