We have just sold our house using Knight Frank Cirencester and could not recommend them more. The quality experience started immediately with a fantastic brochure. The reach of the office was evident with many more viewings than we expected from both local and national buyers. The viewing team were excellent at providing quick and detailed feedback of all viewings. However, the main highlight was the exceptional service from Georgina, who during the viewings and once under offer was brilliant at following up with potential buyers, the final buyers and the solicitors involved. A very smooth sale at a price we were very happy with. Could not recommend more.

My recent experience of a sell and buy confirmed the real value a great team brings. Georgina and her team were professional and proactive throughout. Isabelle developed a stunning brochure. Rupert and Caroline kept things moving with charm and commitment. A special mention as well for Georgina's sensitivity and understanding of the impact of change on elderly parents. I have seen this in action on two different transactions and it makes a great difference.

Knight Frank (Cirencester) have handled the sale of my Father's house. They have been so helpful with sound advice and practical suggestions and have always been on hand when I needed them. Sale of £1m+ property - good service from the Cirencester team (Rupert et al) plus Gemma Hutton from a sales support perspective. Those hosting viewings could be more informed on the detail of what the property offered, but that aside very happy with the service and would recommend them without hesitation.
