Popped in near closing time, friendly staff!
Unsure sure what size I was but the lady was helpful and had a laugh with her. Highly recommend! No big upsell, went in looking for the boots I wanted and left with them. I wish I could remembered her name.

Went in on boxing day. Lady in shop was very helpful and friendly. A shame that the shoes I have been looking at for some time online were too big. Definitely worth a visit.

I think Jones Bootmakers need to sort their stocks and website. Placed an order for a birthday present and the day before the given delivery date a refund notification came through on email with no explanation.
The following day had another email later detailing that they had sold out.
Don?t take peoples money if you can not supply the goods.

Rude. Just popped in to browse at just after 4.20pm on a Sunday. I knew the shop was shutting at 4.30pm. The woman didn?t say hello or ask how she could help, just said abruptly ?the shop?s shutting in 2 minutes? I replied oh - I didn?t think you closed until 4.30, turned and walked out. I won?t be walking into that shop again. It?s hard enough for retailers to make ends meet in small towns.. if this experience is anything to go by, I?m not surprised.
