Always a pleasure to deal with. I have taken many garments into johnsons over the years and never had a problem. Sometimes people expect things to come back like new, never gonna happen. They are dry cleaners, not miracle workers. But I have always has the best experience here.

Fantastic service! I take my bedding there as they?re too big to iron myself. They?re Always friendly and helpful. I love the text service too and am always amazed at how quick they get it done!

Asked a friend to take in some sheets to be laundered (3 sets of king size, 2-3 sets of singles), was shocked to discover she?d been charged £182!!! I could have purchased new for the same cost? never again, will use service wash at a launderette and live with the creases?

I have used this store regularly for clothing repairs (zips) and the dry cleaning of expensive and delicate evening gowns. I have never been disappointed. The quality of the work is exceptional, with a fast turnaround. The staff are always smiling and seem incredibly knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
