I decided to get my top part of my ear done and the manageress Sophie was so lovely and reassuring. It all felt safe too after lockdown has just ended. I am so pleased and the customer service in there is always perfect. Even my phone call to book was great with another assistant (Angela I think) who was helpful and phoned me back quickly too. Plus I love my piercing too! Thank you!”
