“Wonderful hotel. Very friendly. Great service. Good food. Superb location. The only slight drawback was the shower which wasn't particularly good but aside from the shower - top notch!Walkability: Very close to town which has a beautiful church and lots of wonderful artisan shops”

“Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Rooms were spacious, Clean, had massive luxuries double bed, also same as a single, plenty of plug sockets. Great Air con and they had the instructions for it which was easy to understand on how to use it. Beautiful area. Beefeater is part of the hotel if you want food and drinks. McDonald's, Tesco's and Aldi on your door step. Would highly recommend this hotel. Would like to thank the staff on the dates I had stayed as Can't remember there names. 5/09/23 to 07/09/23 for a great welcoming and dealings with our needs and being super friendly.”

“This hotel is overall extremely good although there are a few tweaks that could make it even better. Staff generally friendly and amenable, for e.g they remembered my request to bring my husband a candle on his desert, I asked for avocado with my smoked salmon and scrambled egg breakfast and it was no problem and not charged extra! And we were able to walk back to our room after spa in our robes. Steak for dinner was really tasty. It's a shame there is no swimming pool in the spa and / or more / better spa facilities but they were lovely and clean. The continental breakfast cereal was little disappointing but cooked breakfast choices great! One other other thing that would improve it is body cream included in toiletries provided, as well as more shower gel. Would return.”

“Look at the reviews and there is one constant, that’s Beky and the team. Late check in but tiredness disappeared quickly with Beky’s warm welcome. Stayed here for 3 nights. “Really quaint place, super helpful and accommodating staff. Location is convenient to the town of Cirencester, and we were able to easily walk or bike to town. We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant in the hotel. Two meals specifically came to mind, perhaps the best fish and chips we had in all of England as well as a really lovely chicken dish one evening. The staff became familiar with us and gave us excellent service our entire stay.”
