I must say my experience today was awful, very poor costumer service. A young man call Billy was very unpleasant. He said your card is declined and I replied to him that it is impossible maybe I put the wrong pin on it (was the case). The main reason for coming into Ciren today was to go to H&B. Get there c.12:40pm and it’s closed till 3!
