“sadly i have to change my opinion of toolstation. I use toolstation regularly, but have found parts missing from items ordered recently. This isn't toolstation's fault but diyier's buying parts, not having the right bit then returning them missing an olive or washer or vital part.Can the management ensure that there is quality control on items returned please.manager called, apologised and wanted to resolve issue. To me that is worth adding stars.”
