I am very pleased with the service I received from the Hamptons team in the buying process. Greg was extremely helpful in resolving my queries, willingly and promptly doing practical things at the house to resolve issues raised by the surveyor, as I was moving from a distance. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly and efficient, and happy to share local knowledge.

Greg, Ian and Georgina did a good job in difficult circumstances. I previously had used 2 other estate agents, one up market and one down. Neither produced the goods. Hamptons, on the other hand did all that they said they would and indeed sold my property. At no stage were they pushy or talk me into giving the house away. Good job done by them.

We offered on a property through Hamptons. The offer was accepted yet Hamptons kept the property on the market for days despite receiving all the documentation required from us to take the property off the market.This was, they claimed, to conduct KYC checks. However, it was actually of course to wait for more offers and create a bidding war. Unsurprisingly, Hamptons dragged out the process as long as they could and kept the house on the market until a higher offer was received. Naturally we lost the sale.Would thoroughly recommend Hamptons if you are seller, but not if you?re a buyer.
