Had an amazing experience here - friendly staff, comfortable environment (the heated beds were amazing), fantastic facial by Katie and my skin feels amazing! So relaxing that I even fell asleep. Highly recommend

Brilliant massage by Katie.i was at ease straight away, she had a wealth of knowledge Inc. pregnancy safe oils and methods. Tension headache gone! Booked again...really looking forward to it. Really pleasantly surprised. ??

awful and overprice service. Booked for first time for a pedicure. On arrival was told to wait (I was early), then others were arriving and seen first. I was seen 23 min later!The pedi was very basic - cost £40 and started coming off one week later!, the woman who did it seem to care for nothing, colour was not done properly, 2 toes felt very rough and damaged by the time I arrived home. I got photos but won't do public. The towel used to dry my feet felt as it had been used already. I also had asked for other services - but was not given much information of anything else.I have had now a much much better service in a nail salon in Swindon!!Won't recommend to my worst enemy!

I am having laser hair removal treatment and I am very very pleased with results. Most of my life I have had to either wax or pluck this body part and now each time I go to see Katie it feels much more freeing and I?m very happy! I recommend this. I also haven?t finished my treatments yet but I?m already seeing lots of difference. I was worried it was going to be painful on my first visit but nope. Just feels a little bit hot but temporary and I leave with some sunscreen cream to be protected. Thank you so much Katie!
