We visited Costa in Cirencester today, the staff Shirley, Amy and Abby were lovely and very friendly and attentive. They do a great job of keeping things running smoothly insuring a great service and keeping their customers happy.
Well done and thankyou to everyone.

The cafe was extremely busy and the staff did an excellent job of serving and looking after the tables. However there was only one toilet for men and women to share and it was filthy; it had obviously not been cleaned with men doing what they do, miss all the time resulting in the toilet being covered in urine. It made me feel sick. I will think twice before using Costa again.

Staff more interested in their phones or gossiping with each other, didn't get a very welcoming feel from the place.Drink was okay. Typical chain coffee.
