My mum ordered a dachshund made from scrap metals and it was hand delivered to her home. She was so happy with the purchase and the customer service was excellent. Every step of the way kept in contact about delivery day and time. What a fantastic shop. I would highly recommend.

Purchased a gift for my sister after finding exactly what I wanted on their website (followed by much browsing at all the other lovey things) Debbie emailed with delivery dates and again once it was delivered, which was done in a very safe and sensible way. What a wonderful service....I placed an online order as due to Covid I have been unable to visit the shop. All dispatched promptly but sadly the courier lost the parcel. So every effort was made to re despatch and to make sure my lovely Gonk arrived on Christmas Eve. Communication & service at its best Thankyou so so much
