I have been to this nail spa 3 times now & each time has been a very pleasant and enjoyable experience and my nails have always come out exactly as I had hoped and look lovely! The staff are very efficient and ensure you?re happy with each step of your nails, with regards to colour, shape, design and length. I am a nail biter. My nails are really short! I wanted nail tips/extensions plus gel. They did a French manicure for me. They are amazing! I had them done 3 weeks ago, and the tips are still on!!! I?m going back to have them re-filled in the next few days. I?ve been to other nail places, and the tips ping off, even with gel on, after a few days. I am just delighted with them. And I have had so many comments from people about them. Highly recommended!!!!Service: Gel manicures

I am regular customer of 3 years, up until today I was very disappointed not with my nails but the way I was treated. The owner I don?t know her name but she was very rude to me and made me feel intimidated. I asked for ombre/jewelled nails and they were not how I wanted them so the owner looked at me very Sharply and got very angry that her colleague had to re-do them. This is not at all what I expected I was shocked to be spoken to in such a bad way. I will certainly not be coming back to you any longer so you have lost a good customer and I hope that you learn from this not to speak to people in such a disrespectable way again!!! More of a money grabbing place rather than treating the customer decent!!!!Service: Manicure

I?ve been to Cirencester spa and nails three times and I?m not happy with this salon. The staff are rude, they don?t tidy your cuticles which affects the natural nails and they rush, which lead to overall awful experiences. I don?t recommend.Service: Manicure
