Very unfriendly staff to kids , not recommended for families. Today Saturday 22nd of Feb25 my kids was subject to a very unfriendly treatment.

tried to visit your cafe in Cirencester today and I am a wheelchair user. I pressed the button for assistance at the door but there was no response. My wife went into the cafe to ask for help, but after waiting for 10 mins tj speak to someone, she gave up and we went elsewhere. During the whole time the staff kept looking at me through the window but did not attempt to assist.

such a cute coffee shop in cirencester! the food is SO delicious and there are lots of cakes to choose from too. the staff are lovely as well, very attentive - thank you?? gorgeous interior gives the shop a really cosy vibe

Whenever I'm in need a morning coffee I always find myself coming here. The staff are friendly and genuine and make the mornings better.

This store always keeps their online app orders turned off for the whole day! You can?t even do click and collect because every single time you open the app, it always says out of stock! It used to be good place few years back. Now they are all messed up, slow paced, short staffed and can?t order anything from the app! It?s a shame for such a huge coffee chain to be like this!

Decent coffee shop (one of many in Cirencester) in a prime location (the marketplace, opposite the popular parish church) but such slowwwww service. Queued forever this morning for just one piece of cake.

Nice place like this - a chain store. They have good coffee served quite quickly.
Unfortunately, there are many dogs that sit on the armchairs to the delight of their owners. This is not a good place for someone who is allergic to dog hair or doesn't want to get dirty.
The air in the cafe had a heavy, stuffy smell, as if there were ventilation problems in this place.
The outdoor seating area is very pleasant with a view of the lovely cathedral and market square.
Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the cafe via stairs is quite narrow.

Desserts were absolutely delicious and coffee was full of flavour. Customer service was outstanding the restaurant had a lovely family atmosphere.
