I am planning a long term project far in advance and though I have yet to order my tiles, their kindness, excellent communication (thank you Sam & Lesley) and quality of the samples I have received alone has made me decide this will definitely be the right company for me to go with!

Went in to look for tiles for two wet room bathroom floors for my converted barn, to be told twice. ?We don?t have many mosaic styles and the ones we have are expensive? I never mentioned my budget or the size of room I was wanting to restyle. So was very taken aback by this. Then this persons colleague tried to back track and say ? Well of course you might be able to afford it? I just laughed out loud, shook my head at them both and walked out, not great customer service. Won?t be going back.
I have just seen your response which says that you feel that you dont deserve such a scathing review. But your colleague couldn't even be bothered to get up from his seat or even look up from his computer. I wasn't on my own and the person I was with was also very taken aback from the comment. Maybe your colleague should make the point clearer about mosaics instead of making a customer feel very uncomfortable in the store and really feel like we shouldnt be there!!

Delighted with our Raj Beige Flagstones for our new patio and couldn't be happier with the service we received. I managed to under order which could have been a disaster as our builder was on a tight schedule but Beswick couldn't have been more accommodating in helping us get the extra slabs in super quick time. So happy with the results and would definitely recommend. Also - if you're looking for some inspiration their showroom in Cirencester is definitely worth a visit!

Beautiful aged flooring that looks amazing and was really good value.
I was looking for a high quality oak floor for the whole ground floor of my listed Georgian house. Beswick stone had a wide selection but their traditional aged Oak floor really stood out above anything else I'd seen because it of its natural and authentic finish. The floor fits perfectly with the period house and looks like it's been down for years. I was nervous about having a wooden floor in the kitchen but the floor is heavily oiled and very resistant to splashes and spills - and also pets. We are absolutely delighted with the floor. The whole house feels so much more elegant and sophisticated. Thank you !

I am totally in love with my floor . The oak parquet floor is beautiful and such fantastic quality . John and his team were on hand to give advice , nothing was too much trouble . Recommend them without question.

Do not buy from this company! We purchased Keynes limestone tiles for our old cottage back in September 2022. The tiles looked beautiful when they arrived and we paid to have these professionally installed. Within a couple of days a couple of tiles had dark stone marks coming through them which looked unsightly. We did not know what had happened to them but planned to just cut out and swap the two tiles at a later point. Over the months that followed the tiles got more and more dark marks appearing on them which look like stone coming through them. They looked so bad that I bought a large rug for the kitchen to cover them over and I have replaced the hallway floor already. My husband decided he would ring the company to see if there was something that could be done to salvage the tiles in the kitchen. We had a call back from the owner, John, who firstly said it would be due to the floor being damp as our property was old and this was our fault. I did not believe this to be the case as it had been laid professionally and had a concrete base underneath but nevertheless, we bought a damp meter which showed that the floor was not damp. We called the company again and after 4 days of John being on holiday get a call back to say that the dark marks were there all along and that the issue was me and that I basically do not like the flooring. This is not the case! When the floor was installed I loved it and there were no dark marks on it. I explained this to John but was made me out to be a liar and that it would have been like this at the start. I was told that had it not have been laid he would have done something to change them but as they are laid he would not be doing anything to help us. He did not agree that they had looked lovely before they were laid and that I didn?t just not like them any more. I have photos to show this was the case but he basically told me he did not care and not to waste time in sending these. I asked for a refund of the £1,500 paid or porcelain tiles as a replacement but he refused this. Even though I would have still been out of pocket after having paid to lay the floor and the other materials such as latex, grout, adhesive and sealant. The only thing that was offered was some porcelain tiles at a discounted price. Why would I want to buy more tiles from you and waste even more money when I know what sort of customer service I will receive?! I usually do not write reviews but if this stops someone else wasting their hard earned savings on buying from this company then it is worth while. No doubt from reading the replies to the other negative comments here there will be some other version of events to what actually happened when responded to by John. Whatever happened to common decency and believing the customer? Do you really think I want to smash up 4 floors in my house just because I do not like the tiles anymore?

OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS, OUTSTANDING STAFF & OUTSTANDING SERVICE A+++++++
We have been renovating our thatched cottage in Oxfordshire over the last few years and have had hurdles to overcome and we are so happy that we from the very beginning chose Beswick Stone for our stone floor throughout the cottage. We did change our mind to a lighter coloured stone after paying for a grey stone but Beswick Stone understood and we changed and so glad we did the floor after years have just done down and we couldn't be happier!!! Throughout the process we had George looking after us and we are so glad we did. George was amazing!! It was because of him that our process went so smoothly. If you are considering Beswick Stone for your renovation we couldnt recommend them enough. The prices are so reasonable and the service they provide is second to none. George you have been a god send to us during this challenging renovation we are so thankful to you.
