Awful customer service. Asked to view an item of jewellery - value £90. Told me they didn't allow viewing before purchase! After I insisted the item was brought out. I had to then ask for it to be removed from a plastic bag. After purchase I had to rebox myself. Won't be going back.

What is the point of the having this shop. Nothing in stock at all, use Amazon instead
