Would much rather visit the coleford branch as its alot bigger with more stock plus they can cut pieces of wood on site for you.

Left waiting at the till for 5/6+ minutes or so, no other customers in store and no staff around anywhere, two blokes in the office (presumably managers of some kind) laughing and joking, not bothered that i'm stood there waiting...perhaps serving the general public at the till is beneath them? Went elsewhere instead

Purchased some timber but forgot to bring my ratchet straps, the staff offered to lend me a set of theirs to which I gladly accepted. A big thankyou to the staff for helping me out.

Just visited Cinderford branch for some help on a project. Although the were unable to assist on exactly what I was looking for, the lady on reception and the fork truck driver in the yard were excellent with ideas and suggestions to assist me. Thankyou for your great customer care.

Staff very friendly, product all good. Unfortunately you cannot use any cordless tools on site, in my case I had to saw a sheet of ply in half with a handsaw, not ideal and was time consuming. Whilst I respect their decision and directive (H&S), it would be helpful if tools could be used in my situation with staff supervision i.e. being in close proximity and observing. Overall, would recommend.

Wanted 2 extra fence panels for my garden
I bought 5 panels over a month ago so was expecting to pay same amount each.
It was matched but then delivery was added on taking my £60 for 2 panels to near £90
I live 300 yrs away there 6ft x 6ft so to large to carry
Not only have you lost a sale you have lost a customer
