It was messy and unkept, it wasn't clean the person working didn't even seem to know what they actually had in the store and they were, arrogant, rude and well to be honest if I thought I could have got away without being arrested i would have knocked his teeth down his throat for speaking to me like that

My sister put in a ring for exchange. Regretting her decision, she thought she would take advantage of the 30 day buy back scheme within a few days. They had claimed it had already been sent away to be melted down, this was a lie. A whole year, maybe longer had passed when it caught our attention that the ring was actually sent to the lydney store sitting in the window waiting to be purchased. Refusing to listen to our case we had to pay triple what it had been bought of us for. Very unsatisfying.
