I am not from the area but had a gum infection that required an emergency appointment. The receptionist was extremely helpful and her patient focus and manner of speaking is exceptional, putting me at ease instantly.The dentist was just as amenable, knowledgable and helpful. Thank you all for a great experience, I will certainly reccommend your practice to my friends and family.

Kind and informative, supportive in regards to my fear of dentists and treatment and very patient. Telling me step by step what going to happen and what to expect. Makes attending appointments less stressful. My mum also registered and after she received treatment she was very shakey and the receptionist phoned her to make sure she got home OK and to check up on her. Whole team is amazing (cinderford branch)

Anyone who has fears over going to the dentist should go to this dentist. The reception staff are welcoming , helpful and knowledgable. The premises are always spotless. The dentists are really superb. They , and their nurses, are lovely, friendly people who have tremendous skills and knowledge. Do not be afraid of going to this dentist.

this is a Very mixed review.I needed a dentist to do two extractions they said they could do it. great!! i was on the understanding it was NHS, i was not told otherwise. As i had difficulty finding an NHS dentist, as this was a one off appointment they said they could do it.had the work done by a very good understanding dentist. then came the BILL!!! they charged me as a private appointment. i was like what the heck !! this was not made clear at the time of making appointment.Please be aware and make sure you know what you are getting folks. ! very upset at this as its money i didnt have.

I have been using this dentist for as long as they've been here, and I have to say I feel lucky to have such professional and friendly treatment from reception through to the dentist and her assistant.

Went in today nervous as hell the receptionist was very nice but the dentists themselves seemed a bit moody. Perhaps because it was not even 9am lol.

After moving to the area, I neglected to register with a dentist, until of course I needed one. My experience with my previous dentist wasn't good and a filling I had done was coming out and causing significant pain, hence my need to find a new Dentist.The whole registration process was quick and easy.My dentist was amazing, I have incredibly sensitive teeth and she made sure I was OK throughout.I had xrays and she clearly explained the outcome. I ended up having a filling and I'm super impressed with the out come.Thank you so much for a better than expected experience

Just paid £25.00 for the dentist to look in my mouth! Look, and that's it!!!!They used to clean and wash out but that doesn't happen anymore. Rishi sunak, you need to sort this Immigration crisis. Your own British people are now losing out. This country has gone to S**t. We British people are now suffering the consequences..............SHOCKING!!!!

Let's be honest no one enjoys the dentist particularly if have an overwhelming and debilitating fear.i have overcome that fear by the care compassion and understanding, clear communication kindness and professionality of all the team.i am very grateful for all of the above.i I still have most of my own teeth as a result.Thankyou for looking after me so well.

Absolutely disgusting attitude from one of the receptionists. I said my partner paid £400. They informed me that because my dentist had left I would need to go private with the same dentist who does NHS. However they can't fit him in. She also said it was actually £282 he paid so if I was going to complain to get it right. I am furious that they do not care or seem to bother that we are their patient! She said the guy who did it now has a practice and to go there. Disgusting attitude!!
