SHANE and CHRIS have gone up and beyond in problem solving with my vehicle. Their attention to detail and sheer hard work have enabled me to keep my beloved 23 yr old Honda CV. I AM SO GRATEFUL AND EVERY WORKER AT THIS BRANCH ARE POLITE, FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE. I would like them to be recognised by the firm as KWIK FIT ANGELS. In fact EVERY worker of Kwik Fit have always come to my aid. HUGE THANK YOU

I booked and prepaid for air con recharge. I drove a round trip of one hour only to be told machine not working. They should have called me or emailed me to cancel. Called customer services and they did not care and I asked for a discount from future booking ro cover lost fuel costs and she said no so I am going to leave kwik fit a very bad review everywhere I can....

The customer service I had from Ben at Cinderford KwikFit was excellent. He gave me lots of advice and when they informed me I needed a new sensor and not new brake pads they were happy to order one and fit it for me the same day. Well done. I hope KwikFit recognise the great service you show your customers

Fantastic service from Ben. I dropped in fot a safety check on a tear in my tyre. Full check and advice with another member of staff double checking. It was perfectly safe. Ben also check the tread and pressures just for good measure. Such a difference from a couple of years ago when the grifters there would have sold me a new tyre! Complete change of staff and attitude. Thank you. I definitely feel confident to use this Kwik Fit again after a previous bad experience. 5 stars!

Worst service staff won?t help

I?ve used the Steam Mills Kwikfit a few times over the years for random tyre punctures etc, have always had great experiences with the staff being super friendly and quick to get the job done. I recently had my brakes done at a *different* garage and was concerned they hadn?t done the work properly. I took my car to Kwikfit on Wednesday for a full brake check, which is a service they offer for free, plus I?ve been provided with a full safety report. The manager Shane was really friendly, listened to my concerns, took my car for a test drive and also came with me for a test drive to hear the issue. They took another look at my car, showed me the problem so I could see for myself what was wrong - which I appreciate as a female who has previously been ripped off by other mechanics. Took the car back in today, they had it fixed within a couple of hours, all the paperwork and 30 days to take the car back for free, if there are any issues. I didn?t realise that Kwikfit function as a ?normal? garage and offer MOT?s etc, I had always thought they were just for on the go repairs like tyres. I will be taking my car here from now on! There?s also another guy, I think his names Ben, he?s great and really friendly too :) Thank you!

I recently 08/03/25 visited Kwik Fit in Cinderford and was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The staff were pleasant, professional, and efficient, going above and beyond to address my vehicle's needs. They promptly handled complex tasks. Their responsiveness and quality workmanship, such as timely tyre fittings. I highly recommend Kwik Fit Cinderford for their outstanding customer care and expertise.

We went to these guys on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could do something with a slow puncture. As they were busy, they recommended to pop back in 45 minutes, when they removed the wheel, revealed it had a flat, but managed to seal the tyre. They didn?t charge us, but we gave them something for their kitty. Good bunch of lads who would go out of their way to help - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
