I booked and prepaid for air con recharge. I drove a round trip of one hour only to be told machine not working. They should have called me or emailed me to cancel. Called customer services and they did not care and I asked for a discount from future booking ro cover lost fuel costs and she said no so I am going to leave... read full comment
