Ordered via boiler juice. Came first thing for day due so that was really good. But not great with communication and couldn?t tell me when calling day before if morning or afternoon delivery. It happy overall

Appalling!!! I'm 72 years old and cold!!!I ordered through Boiler Juice and was given a date for delivery, the day came and went - no oil! No one contacted me. Eventually after toing-and froing another date was given, this date came and went - no oil! No one contacted me. I'm 72 years old and have had no heating or hot water for 6 days...and counting!Don't bother to ask anyone at Certas to phone you back - they won't!Don't bother to email Certas, no one will answer it!!

Avoid this company at all cost !!!!!!Do not try to speak to this company. Awful communication. Take your money, don?t provide the goods. No where to complain and staff know nothing just pass you on or don?t call back.If elderly or vulnerable please go else where they won?t prioritise !!
