I was promised a voucher because my flowers were very short lived (a day!) Deleted my negative review on the strength of this.Still no voucher. Rang and was told they were too busy but would get round to it. It's a month now.

This year we ordered some Christmas Wreath making kits from Sodbury florist as a fun Christmas day in. The kits were absolutely amazing, loads of greenery, decorations and wire. All you need are some scissors! The team are super lovely and helpful too - delivered to my door in beautifully presented boxes with instructions inside!

Flowers were delivered to funeral directors as arranged in colours we requested however on viewing them at crematorium they were not fresh looked to have been made much earlier than necessary.

I bought a bunch of pre-arranged flowers from here for Christmas. Not only did the flowers bloom to be absolutely stunning but they also lasted for two weeks. Our dining table has never looked prettier. Now my first pick place for future flowers!

I enquired regarding wedding flowers, I booked an appointment which was very good. I was asked to supply images of flowers which I liked as inspiration and they said they would be incontact with my wedding venue to find out further details. (I offered to do this but they said they would be happy to communicate with them). After this meeting I emailed the pictures as requested with no response. I allowed time for them to be in contact with myself however after 3 weeks I went into the shop to be told they had been unwell and would be obtaining the information they needed that weekend, they reassured me they would be incontact via email with a quote.3 months later and I have never heard from them. I think this is very poor service and just quite rude. I shall not be reccomending the florist.UPDATED:I received a very professional response from Amy at The Sodbury Florist in regards to my review. I can only speak from a personal perspective but do give credit for the acknowledgement and appology from the store.

The flowers for our Wedding were so beautiful and totally surpassed my expectations. My bouquet was outstanding and everyone complimented me on it and the floral table displays and buttonholes were fabulous too. Delivered to our venue free of charge by a lovely lady. I would highly recommend The Sodbury Florist. They were the only florist I could find that would do a blue hydrangea bouquet, this was mixed with white freesias, ivory roses and gyp and was stunning. Such lovely ladies too.

Gorgeous great quality flowers, for a reasonable price I loved my wedding flowers they were lovely couldn't stop looking at them, people complimented their fragrance. The rest of the flowers we took home after and kept well for another week so we really got enjoyment out of them! The only negative I have is the lack of email response throughout the whole experience, not one email was responded to so I'd recommend phone call only I almost used another florist because of this.
