Over priced, they drove my car like they stole it, screeching my tyres and they charged me £10 for a piece of reprinted paper as i forgot to leave the mot sheet in the car. Terrible service, will NEVER go back.

Had a slow puncture. Was fitted in to repair the tyre later in the day. All done at a good price in 20 mins. Great service.

Very let down by the Chipping Sodbury branch today. I booked my partners car in two weeks ago to diagnose a problem with our vehicle. I dropped it off at 8.30am when they opened and called at 14.30 as I hadn't heard anything. They said I was next on the list and would be going on the ramp by 15.00. I told the girl I needed it back by 16.00 which she reassured me it would be ready. Heard nothing again so went to the branch at 16.00 to be told it still hadn't been looked at. Complete waste of time and my partner being without the car for the whole day. I won't be visiting this branch again!

I've have used these guys on three seperate occasions now, and would highly recommend them. Excellent levels of service and nice people to deal with. They do get very busy on occasion, so best to try and book ahead.

What a great team they are at Chipping Sodbury Kwik Fit. Went in for an MOT which had a few pick up points which the mechanic tried to rectify immediately but ultimately a second second booking was assumed and booked. This allowed the vehicle to drive away with an MOT PASS. Really appreciated the common sense and pragmatism shown by the team and they could not have been more polite and amiable in getting the job done. Thank you Kwik Fit Chipping Sodbury what a great ambassador you are for the brand.

My friend thought her brakes weren't working properly. Took her car here, only to be told they were 'fine'. A week later, after brakes not seeming fine at all, took car elsewhere to be told brakes were dangerously damaged and the car shouldn't have been driven. What appalling service. This could have been a fatal accident! Not good enough at all. Would NEVER recommend kwik fit.
