Lovely waitress who couldn't be more helpful.

We stayed at the The Crown for one night on our way to Devon. Everything was excellent. A large beautiful room, a wonderful evening meal and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is a Gem and I could not fault it. Highly recommended.

Lovely pub and obviously very popular as I went mid week for lunch and it was very busy. Good choice of menu and prices reasonable to meet most peoples budget. Service was very good but not intrusive. Food was good and well presented.This is certainly a pub I would go back to.

Location suited us as made a welcome overnight break from returning from Wales back to London.
Single storey ground floor rooms situated at the rear car park were of a good standard and convenient for unloading luggage.
All staff very friendly and efficient.

Everything was spot on!! Lovely clean room, helpful and welcoming staff, and breakfast was also lovely. 2 minutes from M4 so that was so convenient 2!! Thank you all at the Crown Inn, definitely be coming back

The menu looked good and the food is well presented but the actual quality of the food was a let down. When my partner complained, the staff were quite arrogant about it.

A wonderful evening! We were looked after by a very kind young waitress, Martha, who was really attentive and made sure we had a wonderful experience. Super friendly staff, brilliant food (the chicken supreme was a 10/10) and delicious wine.

Food is okay and good atmosphere, but definitely horrible service. Most of the waiters don?t know what they?re doing, and it takes forever for them to come to take your order.

There was a 40-minute difference between the time when the appetizer and the main course were served. During this period, I kept asking the waiter when the main course would be served, but never got a reply. The waiter kept selling red wine and wanted to return the dishes that had not yet been served, so he said they had been cooked and asked us to continue waiting. Really bad experience
