Lovely building, downstairs, lovely. The upstairs and bedrooms could do with a freshen up. Great staff, food good, decent price for a short break. Great location.

During our short stay in Chipping Campden we ate here twice due to planning our stay at the very last-minute and we couldn?t find other places to dine. The Noel Arms is a good eatery, with a nice range of dishes on offer. Staff were friendly, particularly Frenchie who served us during our meal. Not a great place for kids due to the sorts of food on offer, but a nice place to come as a couple.

Beautiful location. The rooms could do with a little brightening up but all in all comfy. Lovely food for breakfast and dinner and a good drinks selection at the bar. Would stay again.

We were quite surprised to arrive at 17:30 on a Saturday and wait 10 mins at reception as it was deserted. We eventually found someone next door in the bar to help.Same when we checked out, no one on reception?.. seems like a pretty basic requirement.Location is fantastic but the room we had was very tired.

We had a fantastic couple of days here. Staff were all lovely. Food and drinks were great. Breakfast you choose your option the night before, all good quality food. You can help yourself to the cold breakfast buffet, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, pastries, juices. Rooms really nice, comfy beds, good quality linen, duvets and towels. Plenty of hot water. Tea/coffee/water in rooms free of charge. There is a nice cosy bar, a resturant and a cofee and cake area. Good size car park at the back, entrance in the main road.

The location is idyllic, the rooms are dated but that?s part of the beauty it?s a bespoke classic hotel. The bar /restaurant is stunning and quaint the fire was toasty and the staff were friendly. I couldn?t ask for a better night away and would very highly recommend.

This is a period hotel with labyrinthine corridors in need of a lick of paint leading to basic but comfortable rooms. However, the bar, the restaurant, the coffee shop and the staff are top class. Particular props to the ever attentive manager and the creative Sri Lankan chef. But everyone behaves as if they are working in a five star hotel. Their care shows.Lovely location too.

This is a great place for coffee, comfy chairs. In the winter there's a log fire to sit by, nothing better on a cold day than to sit and relax watching the flames.Great pot of tea and Bakewell sliceChipping Campden is a beautiful Cotswold village to explore with some great shops

Popped in for a cream tea and probably the best I've had so far, pot of tea enough for 4 cups and the scones are warmed before being served with plenty of cream and an individual pot of jam. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Sat in the rear courtyard after looking at the display menu on outside of building. Picture of the burger piqued our interest. Ordered at the bar, 2 burgers and pint of old hookey and pint of aspells and some olives whilst we waited.Sunny position, olives very nice and food when it arrived exactly as pictured and amazing. Very juicy but didn't soak the bun. Chips, coleslaw, tomato relish, onion rings and guerkin slice all greatDrinks as expected and will look to return.

We visited the Noel Arms for dinner on Saturday night having had a drink there on Friday and liking it. The bar is traditional and well stocked with friendly helpful staff. There is a formal restaurant with no dogs and a conservatory where dogs are very welcome running the same menu. The food was excellent with several varied vegan dishes as well as the usual meat eaters fare. We also had desert. All the food was delicious and served very nicely. The table service was excellent. Our dog was also well looked after. Nit the cheapest meal we have had but good value for money.

We stayed at the Noel Arms with a group of 9 lifelong friends. The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The food was very good and the staff really pleasant and helpful. Nice bar and coffee shop with tasty cakes. Lovely informal atmosphere, plenty of parking, and right in the centre of this historic old Cotswold town. Highly recommended.
