This was a surprise find whilst walking in Chipping Campden village. It's a smallish (free to visit) garden dedicated to Ernest Wilson (lived in the town) but dedicated his life to exploring the world China in particular in search of exotic plants, several of which are planted in this memorial garden.

Tranquil garden in middle of Chipping Campden

This enchanting garden is an oasis of calm in bustling Chipping Campden, where one can sit or walk about in peaceful serenity. It is worth a visit if only to admire its stunning Magnolia. Interesting biographical notes on horticulturalist EW who trained at Kew and travelled extensively.Dog-friendliness: Dogs kept on a lead are welcome
