We recently ordered a takeaway for 5 people. The dishes were not good and one was completely inedible. We will definitely not be using them again, horrible food.

We?ve been to many Chinese restaurants and takeaways but nothing beats Crystal Palace!!! The quality of the food is amazing and the speed of service. The menu offers a great range of different Chinese dishes packed with flavour. Definitely recommend trying Crystal Palace, prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, making it great value for money.

The food is quite simply very, very poor, both from the chippy aspect and the Chinese aspect. Almost nothing positive I could say about any aspect of it I'm afraid.

Prices about average for a typical takeaway. I stopped in Chipping Campden for two nights this week and went there on both nights. First night I had Cod and large chips. Cod average size and ok (8 quid!) but the chips were very poor quality, even though there were a lot. The biggest chips were only small but a lot of the bag consisted of overcooked and hard 'splinters' - very small and thin, more like broken crisps. The second night I just had a Chicken pie and peas. Portion size of peas was very small (£2.50!) but the pie was a Pukka Pie and was nearly ruined by them microwaving it. Pukka pies are puff pastry and are not meant to be microwaved because the crust goes hard! Overall, a very disappointing experience even though the staff were very polite. They need to improve the quality, that's for sure. Will go back next year and try their Chinese stuff

Excellent quality food. Kung Po chicken is ace. Crunchy sesame prawn toast and very nice duck. Can?t fault the chunky chips too.

Salt and pepper chicken there was no chicken it was just batter .pre fried chips .Sweet an sour pork balls descusting £30 for a meal for 2 worst meal I have very eaten

Awful place - overcooked and burnt fish and chips , so over priced, had i not been on holiday I would have returned it all. Chinese food was a bit better but dissappointed. Look for somewhere else

Absolutely awful, AVOID AVOID AVOID, £58 for 3 rice, 3 chips, 3 bbq sauce, prawn balls and chow mein and crispy chicken. Husbund violently sick after eating prawn balls, crispy chicken was too crispy and was worse than trying to eat old chewing gum. I had a bad feeling when I went there, filthy, dingy place at the side of their house and they both look like they've not been cleaned for over a year. Cant stress it enough DONT EVEN BOTHER RISKING IT! ABSOLUTELY ROTTEN. Actually needs looking into with health and safety.

Monday night ? order ready in 15 mins ? just a simple beef curry and rice and a king prawn chowmein ? £21 ? not disputing the price Everything has gone up ? we all have to earn a crust ? but this was very poor ? will stick to beans on toast in an emergency ?

4 meals purchased 56pounds spent food ready 7 minutes just after opening time curry sauce wattery combination curry very average or less chips shocking reheats and they looked reheats only Chinese in the area so no competion but I certainly won't be giving any more of my hard earned to this shop now I know how poor the food

Small with little room to wait under cover if there's a queue. But food and service are always good.
