We have had our whole house refurbished including knocking down a wall to create an open plan kitchen. Throughout the project, Xavier?s team has demonstrated high quality of work, good problem solving skills and attention to detail. They are easy to communicate and happy to help in many ways during the project and continue to support us after the completion of the project. Would highly recommend to other people who want work done to their house.

Xavier and his team delivered all the construction and services for our new kitchen, including making a new external access, internal doorway and arched opening. The work was completed to a very high standard and on time for the agreed price. Professional building contractors such as Xavier are hard to find and very busy. I can unreservedly recommend his performance for quality, timeliness and value for money.

Xavier Banks is a brilliant builder. Always does what he says he will when he says he will, communicates really well and does a fantastic job. He has done lots of work for us and the quality has always been excellent. He?s really great at coming up with ideas and ways to sort issues. Can really hand on heart recommend this building company.

Definitely recommended. Professional, friendly, reliable and no fussXavier took down and rebuilt a new boundary wall. Although it was a large wall it seemed a lot of money for ?just a wall?.However, he?s far exceeded my expectations. I now have the best wall in the street!!! Totally hassle free, it looks amazing and I?m sure will have added value to my property!

I?ve used Xavier for a number of jobs around the house & have found him to be extremely reliable, honest, conscientious & good value for money. Ultimately though, he?s personable, thinks outside of the box to help you get the best outcome for building work & has great links to other trades people. I?d highly recommend him to anyone for any sized job!

Used Xavier and his team for a new patio and driveway.Worked and worked. Super friendly, changes aren?t an issue and the result was perfect. Price was super fair too!So pleased will deffo use again if we extend the house!
