Nice place but service is shocking . Bar staff could do with a customer service course and maybe an observation course after waiting over 20 mins to get served a pint. I was continuinley ignored whilst everyone kept pushing in and getting served before me. When complained to bar staff all I got was a load of Back chat and attitude . Won't be going back in there.

We only came in on Friday night for drinks and to my absolute disbelief a double vodka and coke is OVER £11 now and the bar was empty for the entire duration of us staying. I used to love Yates many years ago but I won?t bother returning now with the costs and lack of atmosphere. I do not know how you are justifying 2 shots and a half pint of syrupy coke for this cost.

Lovely staff but shocking profiteering! We visited this venue during the Cheltenham festival and spent the afternoon watching the racing ,we were charged £7 for a pint of Guinness, I'm sure it wasn't as much last week and won't be next week. Very greedy Yates!!

Decent venue to go after the races but charged £60 for 4 rum and cokes. I get adjusting your prices slightly during race week but this is taking the piss.

4 of us wanted the mixed grill. No meat. Then 2 of us wanted the chip shop platter. They had none of those either. This was Saturday lunch time. This is not the first time this has happened.

Went in for some lunch and a drink. The first pint was awful but the waitress did replace it. Ordered 3 lunches, and one was wrong. Food was nice but nothing special.Waitress was ok , a smile would of been nice. Ended up paying more for food and drink because wasn't told about the lunch deal. Maybe on a different day things would of been better.
