Awful service. Installation of kitchen is still not complete after almost 2 months from start date. Still have a missing door for the boiler, shelves are missing for the glass cabinets, and still got exposed wiring, as several sockets and light switches remain unfastened to the wall, and I understand this is dangerous. There's also a skip full of rubbish that's been outside our house for the last 2 months, which is an eyesore. I keep trying the installer and Wickes Customer Services, but unable get any further forward. I'm posting this in desperation in the hope that it will trigger a response from Wickes. Failing that, it looks like I'm going to have to complain through to the Ombudsman and pick the matter up with Trading Standards. I'd rather not - just want this kitchen completed!!

Awful delivery service, the driver removes a traffic cone to protect a tree and then drives into the tree with a high sided van with a solar panel on the roof and doesn?t give a dam about it and even asks am I for real about a tree
