I use the Redditch branch regularly with great service shame Cheltenham are a million miles away from there. Used once for a click and collect and got ignored and jobs worth attitude. Will not be back

I agree with Joel. Very bad customer service and waiting time. No one ever returns your calls. After being told my bathroom would be fitted in April I finally got a date for OCTOBER. Not acceptable. AND I am still waiting for my deposit to be repaid after cancelling in May. They also gave me a £200 goodwill gesture which I believe was paid out of my deposit and this is the amount I am still waiting for. Had to give a star rating as couldn't post the review otherwise they would not have got that.

We were sold a used item with missing parts. When we called to speak to customer service advisors at the Cheltenham store they were completely apathetic, couldn't even apologise for the situation until prompted to do so! Not even the "I'm not the store manager, I'm a sort of manager" apologised. This must be such a common occurrence in their day, if you buy from this store, fully check your item before leaving!

Paid online for a chainsaw Saturday night stating they had 2 in stock to collect Sunday, they rang me Sunday morning stating that they don't have any. My advice use anywhere else cause these idiots run a second rate rip off website.Avoid at all costs I wouldn't evan give them any stars but there site is rigged so you have to if you want to leave a review.

Pricing unclear in store and when we pointed it out to a member of staff and was told that there was nothing he could do. Even though I was clearly over charged.

Well that was the worst experience in a shop I've ever had. I just can't believe how rude multiple members of staff were to me. Literally spent thousands there in the past and now this. Never ever again. Avoid at all costs, they need to learn that rude staff and terrible customer service won't be tolerated.

Great parking and new store.Following previous visit I am now disappointed in staff at this store. They charged me instead of refunding me. Will now avoids as staff are incompetent. The whole process of returning two items took 30 minutes. Had to explain to them how to calculate 10%, move the decimal point over one digit.
