It has *the* worst Post Office you will ever have the misfortune of queueing at. One member of staff is the norm, 4 broken machines fairly typical. It's shocking, and the sooner both WHSmiths and the Post Office go bust the better.

They never remove the security stickers from items from Toys R Us and overcharge by ignoring the discounted price stickers in plain view. Not a fan of being overcharged then setting off the alarms when leaving to then have to stop and prove we paid.

Dire. Specifically Toys R Us, although the post office gets one star too. Pricing on-shelf unclear, inconsistent and misleading, with openly disinterested staff.
