Can't thank Louis enough!! Took in one of my clients laptops that was on deaths door, and after getting a Time Machine (No I didn't know you could do that)Thank you Rob!! After backing up the laptop we returned thinking it had to be erased - meaning my lovely lady would lose access to her gmail as we didn't know the password. 10 mins in Louis' hands and the laptop is alive and kicking and the gmail is fine!! Modern day witchcraft!!! Huge thank you. Highly recommend.

Joost helped find me a new mobile during my hour of need (I?d destroyed my old one and needed a new one quickly for a sales event the next day). I recommend Western Computers wholeheartedly. I very rarely write online reviews, but, after 9 years of service, and four excellent Apple laptops for various household members, I feel I must pay tribute to this exceptional shop. I use computers for professional purposes, so can evaluate them after heavy use, involving many stored documents. Apple's hardware and software are both superb, and durable, but staff service is also vital! I do not have technical computer knowledge, and particularly appreciate the fact that Joost and his team will set up a machine which I can take home and use at once! All the staff are adaptable to the customer's particular needs, polite, friendly, efficient and incredibly speedy even in an August heatwave! An invaluable business which I hope will always be available. I'm delighted to give Western Computer five stars!

Western Computers is a very convenient spot for all things phones and accessories. Primarily though, the staff are super friendly and very efficient, along with knowledgable. Totally recommend the team!

What a fabulous experience we had today at Western Computer in Cheltenham.
We went in with a broken Apple Watch and an old MacBook and within an hour, both were sorted and cleaned and ready to go.
Customer service by Joost is exceptional and I will not be going anywhere else for any computer issues again!
