Stellar service from Chloe at Waterstones!
I popped in with a vague idea of the kind of book I was after, and Chloe nailed it. She didn?t just rattle off a generic sales pitch ? she genuinely listened, asked smart questions, and her passion for books shone. I could tell she knew her stuff inside out, and her enthusiasm was contagious. She recommended something spot-on, and I left genuinely excited to read. Chloe is a real credit to the team ? friendly, attentive, and clearly loves what she does. Can?t wait to come back for more recommendations!

Took my children as we had a voucher and re-fell in love with book shops! The staff were super helpful and all of the children got something they spent last night reading. Special bonus / the coffee is great and Polly?s board game recommendation was top drawer. A real reminder of when a website just can?t compare!

Really liked the Waterstones bookshop?s ambiance. And the settings are so convenient for searching specific books we need. The exceptional surprise was that we saw the Coltswold?s edition Monopoly!! INTERESTING!So we didn?t hesitate to buy it!?
