The young female optician that did my eye tests and explained the findings of my 3D advanced eye photos was extremely thorough, extremely understanding and went to great lengths to explain absolutely everything in great detail. She quite simply was the very best professional that I have had any dealings with for a number of years, even the more remarkable given her young years. This continued when I left her and the female shop assistant in the shop could not have been more helpful, friendly and engaging. Without a shadow of a doubt this was a 10+ out of 10 experience, quite literally exceptional service that went way above and beyond.

When I arrived, a lady at the front desk was busy sorting receipts, did not even acknowledge me, then hurriedly left and said she?ll get back to me. She didn?t. Another lady, who seemed to be the supervisor or something checked me in. I didn?t wait long which was good. The optician was nice and explained everything. After the eye test, I was told to choose a frame for my new reading glasses. I said I didn?t intend to purchase because I still have one at home which I hardly use. The man insisted I get a new one because the prescription changed. The tone was like ?you?re not leaving until you purchase one?. I was walking around the shop trying to look for the cheapest and he kept looking at my direction, ensuring I pick one. It was annoying unpleasant. I will not come back again!

Went to Cheltenham branch for an eye test. From arrival to departure the staff were excellent, polite, and helpful. The eye test was done very professionally with plenty of procedure explanation. Ordering new glasses was efficient and excellent service.
