When I arrived, a lady at the front desk was busy sorting receipts, did not even acknowledge me, then hurriedly left and said she’ll get back to me. She didn’t. Another lady, who seemed to be the supervisor or something checked me in. I didn’t wait long which was good. The optician was nice and explained everything.... read full comment
