Fantastic attentive team that offer expert advise to help you find the perfect running shoe for you. Free gait analysis and access to many different types of shoe. Don't risk buying online, go here and keep it local. I will only go here in future! Wish I had found this place sooner. Thank you

I have gotten nearly all of my running kit from here and highly recommend the wide selection (don't be deceived by how small the shop looks) superb quality (my hip pack and water bottle set is nearly 10 years old and still as good as new) and excellent customer service from the staff, such as helping me consider 3 different pairs of trainers by highlighting what each design was best for. Special shout-out to Peter who always has time to give running advice, and he gives me a discount as my bf is part of a running club. My purchased kit: Solomon road runner trainers, water bottle hip pack, trail running rucksack and bottles,skipping rope, Garmin watch latest model. Total price circa £400.

The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. I?m completely new to running and they had lots of great advice for me. Tried a few pairs and did a gait analysis with each. Found a great pair of shoes. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service in getting me a new pair of running shoes. I went as I was recommended by family as she experienced great service and I definitely agree. I was nervous about going on a treadmill but it all happened to quickly I didn?t even have time to get anxiety about it ?
Explained why I needed what I needed and ensured I was happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend.

I quite nervously went here to buy my first set of running shoes, I?m new to running and knew nothing about shoes. The guys in there weee not just friendly but super informative about the differences in shoes and what was best for my feet and how I run. I think I tried 6 different pairs of shoes on on the treadmill in the end with their guidance!
Would 100% go here again for any advice, was really worth going local and not just chancing it online!

I?m so pleased with my trainers!! I needed honest advice and that?s exactly what I got. To buy carbon plate?? This was my question and given how expensive they are I needed to know for sure. I was not over sold, I was given a trainer to try that was much cheaper and it is absolutely perfect for me.
I?ve just got home and read about my new trainers and they get an amazing write up by RW. Thank you so much Up & Running (Chelt) I love my trainers and I am £100 better off!

Great advice & selection of trainers. The instore treadmill added the extra chance to actually run in a selection of trainers, and the video footage gave additional feedback on my own run style. Will definitely be going back for more!

Came in for some new shoes and they were super helpful, put me on the treadmill for a little test to see if I needed any support shoes etc. Very informative and also gave a nice price that definitely best online prices.
