Reflecting on the other reviews I'm really glad I popped into the Stow on the wold store.I have trip in December that involves some time on the coast.it is going to be wet and cold , I needed a jacket to keep me warm and dry but remains flexible enough to move about in.I had one jacket in mind but the store was unable to supply it but tracked it down in Cheltenham.No problem , but this is where good customer service and understanding come in.I said I'd look around and see if anything else may be suitable, I unfortunately didn't ask the lady's name who helped me but we found an alternative that was better and slightly cheaper , I also found a hoodie I really liked.Items fit perfectly and if you are local you get a little extra off.I was already happy with the price as it was within my budget so anyone thinking about popping in definitely do.Obviously they can't carry everything and this store is certainly geared for outdoor walking and camping.I feel very lucky to have a brand store so close and it certainly won't be my last visit if needing more outdoor gear.The jacket appears very well made so I'm looking forward to trying it out.The shop looks fantastic too , well laid out and everything easy to see , prices are excellent as was product knowledge

Have to say how refreshing it was to see such a tidy and well presented Trespass shop in Stow on the Wold today. Everything in its place and ordered all the merchandise stands were tidy. If only all managers and staff were as conscientious as this shopping in high street stores instead of online would return to being a great experience again. Congratulations to this manger and staff for their attention to detail seldom seen in any ?chain store? over recent years in my experience.

The back of the shop is bigger than I expected.Good range of gear for men, women, kids and dog coats as well.Woman assistant who helped us was chatty and helpful. She put something aside for us so we could continue walking Stow before returning to make the purchase.Dog friendly too.

Had the best experience today at Trespass. Tracy served me and listened to my needs ( really sore swollen blistered feet). Tracy went through the walking shoes and boots with me. She came back with great advise and I left with a fabulous well fitting pair of boots and socks! Thank you so much Tracy. You are an asset to the company.

Has the pleasure of dealing with a Welsh chap who I believe was area manager(?). It was refreshing to see an AM who has actual knowledge of the products they're selling, showing us the different ways of lacing up the boots depending on the task being undertaken. Top quality.
