Communication is terrible. Waited 2 weeks for a response on a finalised itinerary we had planned for our honeymoon only to be told it's now completely unavailable and we have to cancel entirely, with flights booked separately we are now left with no choice but to cancel and replan our honeymoon.

A good priced holiday filled with nothing but trouble. our transfers were not correctly booked (Ian Gillespie's response was: yes it was booked so no youre not getting your money back - though we had to book our own travel as the shuttles they "booked" never arrived.) double beds provided when twins were requested. very poor customer relations from the consultant mentioned before. will never use them again.
