“Having read some of the negative reviews, I felt I must write about our experiences with Just Go. We came back yesterday from a 9 day trip to Tuscany, to see Andrea Bocelli & it was amazing! Yes the journey was long, but it's a long way to Tuscany. We saw some beautiful scenery & visited picturesque towns & cities on the way! We stayed overnight in two different places which were fine,then we had 4 days in Montecatini & really enjoyed it all. The food was different, but that's the Italian way. If you want English food, stay in England! The concert, of course, was fantastic ! Our tour guide ,Ann, was very efficient, kind & caring. The real gem was our driver, Lucaz! A very good, young driver with a fantastic character- again kind & caring, with a lovely funny personality. We enjoyed many special moments with new found friends too. We've been with Just Go twice before ( to see Andre Rieu) and have been completely satisfied. Good accommodation, clean, comfortable coaches and lovely staff. The prices are brilliant . If you want luxury hotels, then go to a firm who will charge you "luxury" prices. All our communications with Just Go have been very straightforward & polite, whether it's been email or phone call. I would recommend Just Go 100%!”
