So so helpful, some friends and I were a bit overwhelmed about planning our gap year trip to South East Asia, so went to trailfinders. Emma at the Cheltenham trailfinders was so lovely and helpful, particularly with answering our endless questions! She gave us a complete rundown on the best places/ tours/flights, which we will book with trailfinders soon. Super knowledgeable and so lovely. Thank you!

I recently booked an African Safari in the Cheltenham branch. I had very restrictive travel dates due to needing to travel in the school holidays so we were working with limited availability. However, Kirsty was amazing. She listened to and understood exactly what I wanted from the holiday and put together the most amazing itinerary. We had a few fall backs with places not available on the dates we had chosen but Kirsty worked her magic to move things around and chase up companies to ensure things were moving quickly which enabled us to put together the most amazing itinerary and find the best accommodations we that we didnt think we would ever be able to afford! With a night at giraffe manor on christmas day included!! I am so so pleased with our finalised itinerary and would recommend anybody to pop in and visit Kirsty in Cheltenham.Thank you again!

Awful to contact/deal with. Over 1 hour wait time to talk to an agent, even once you are fully paid and on their system. Airport transfers failed to collect us from the airport, and rude response from the representative on the end of the watsapp number provided who couldn't have cared less about leaving us at the airport. Made our own way to the hotel and self-funded a taxi, not the air conditioned people carrier we paid for and booked in advance. If we had not taken the initiative we would have also been collected late from the hotel to depart back to the airport; major communication issues between Trailfinders and their contractors. In addition, Trailfinders could not care less about this and have failed to refund our additional costs and the cost of the transfer. Having paid £11k for a once in a lifetime holiday with our children I resent I gave that money to Trailfinders.

Excellent. Our initial contact was over the phone, which was great, but our visit to the branch was even better. The time, the attention to detail and overall personal service was very good.From arranging 8 flights, numerous train connections, hire cars, hotels and excursions it really was made very easy by Kirsty at Trailfinders, Cheltenham. We've now got a tailor-made holiday & an tinerary that we never expected when we started planning our holiday.The Trailfinders app is also very useful. Now that we have our booking reference number we can access our itinerary, our derailed bookings and ticket information all in one handy place.Very happy with the service and with our planned holiday. If our trip is half as good as the planning then it'll be a trip to remember for many years to come. It was reassuringly easy. Thank you ?.
