Ordered for following day collection, wasted all morning waiting for email or sms to inform me that the item was delivered, not a thing rang up the main customer contact and was told it was delivered at the Cheltenham store. drove down there and when collecting mentioned I never had a email or SMS and the lad looked at me and said ?SO? ,

Shocking. Ordered next day delivery and 2 days later are telling me it?s still not in. Fuming. Let down. Do not use this unorganised waste of time company. Cost me almost 3 days work now, absolutely shocking. Only ordered a standard saw blade. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Friendly staff .very knowledgeable. Click and collect works really well. In 5 mins the order was ready. Straight forward no nonsense quality service. Why go elsewhere.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, as a regular you get to know them on a good basis, which is great for me because I don't particularly like talking to people ahah. Blake, Sam, Chris, Lewis and Natalie have been the staff I remember that have helped me out at some point!
