Wonderful service from Bertie who took the trouble to call me following my enquiry and was particularly helpful and knowledgeable dealing with cutting a key for my car. Even came and checked that the key worked before I left. Wonderful, cant praise him enough, well done Bertie and thank you.

Have used timpsons many of times and never had a problem with staff or service. But popped to get my sons watch altered on his 18th birthday as his watch was too big.. And the young chap looked like he was heading to get some lunch but we beat him to it. Well he made it quite obvious by his attitude that he didn't want...

The chap in store was very friendly. Unfortunately the key I needed couldn't be cut but the guy explained how to get one clearly so obviously very knowledgeable. Now have keys on order so not a wasted trip at all. Many thanks
